Would it be possible to add an option that only keeps the relay active in the presence of the card and deactivates it when it is removed? |

@aplottier I don't think it's feasible to do what you want as most relays cannot be kept active for a long time otherwise they break. So just forgetting the card on the reader would break a relay :( What do you think? |

Can you please try again with the files that you can find here: https://github.com/esprfid/esp-rfid/releases/tag/2.0.0.rc0 I have just updated them. Greetings! A critical problem has been noticed in working with wiegand readers. Although I'm not very good at code, I think the problem lies in the reuse of lines to read File f = SPIFFS.open("/P/" + uid, "r"); and subsequent check conditions in the wiegandRead() function. Since the main check and reading is triggered in the rfidProcess() function.

can you please try again with the most recent version that you can find here: https://github.com/esprfid/esp-rfid/releases/tag/2.0.0.rc0 I think it should be fixed, let me know if it isn't though. I was able to reproduce and fix at some point. Thank you again :) |

Hello, the project is interesting and excellent. I have been using this project for the door of my house for 6 months and I want to express my opinion: first of all, traffic control is very important for me, and it would be great if the traffic information could be stored separately in one RAM. For example, he created a folder for user 1 and saved user 1's information in it. The next issue was that the device stopped working after a while and had to be reset, which I hope is fixed in the new version. |

Hi thank for replay , this version has problem for read tag and very slow to load user page ,I'm using other version such as 1.3.3 or 1.3.7 but they have problem after 2 month doesn't load user page ( I have 180 user ) { --------------------user tag------------ |

is there a possibility to update, if you have several doors like this, users can be synchronized or managed from one place, for example define one door as master and the others as slaves, and in this way manage users and privileges for each door which user should have access? |

To have a similar setup we have a user DB in an external system and sync the users via MQTT. Daily we delete all the users and send back the full list. I have a Python script that does that from a Raspberry Pi that works as the master. If the script doesn't run for whatever reason or if the connection is absent you still have the users available from the previous day. |

Hello, I wanted to take a moment to express my sincere gratitude for this outstanding project. I recently had the opportunity to try out version 2.0, and while I found it to be incredibly impressive, I did encounter an issue with the RC522 module. Unfortunately, it doesn't seem to be working, as it's not recognizing any transponders, and all the values are returning as zero. Aside from this, I'm truly impressed, particularly with the planned integration into Home Assistant. I tested it in ioBroker, and the MQTT functionality is working flawlessly.
