There is a discrepancy between the pin assignments in the pin_assign.xdc file and the Pynq-Z2 datasheet.

For example, jtag_tck_i is connected to the W16 pin of PmodB as shown below:

However, there is no pin W16 in the datasheet:

Additionally, the PMOD PINs in the comments do not match the pin numbers in the datasheet. For instance, V12 is shown as Pmodb[6] in pin_assign.xdc file but it is mapped to pin 9 in the datasheet.
