Wondering if this project is still alive? The docs don't really say much on how to use it.

I have not worked on it in a while but can merge PRs and publish to NPM if anyone has anything to contribute. The tests show how to use the API but documenting it would be great.

I believe @ericclemmons would have to add any new contributors.

I also came across https://github.com/TryGhost/bookshelf-relations which is a fork seems to be a rewrite of this project and is more up to date. Haven't used it so can't comment on it further.

@blah238 I submitted a PR to support more recent versions of knex/bookshelf. There are still a couple issue with one test case, but the changes should be at least backwards compatible.
