Does this actually try to search and match, or is it dependent on a local database that is manually updated? It's unable to match even total softballs such as Bocchi The Rock or Maou-sama Retry! R.

Taiga's recognition is limited to its local database, which consists of the anime in your list and the previous results from Search and Seasons pages. Assuming there is no other issue with the filename and such, clicking the Search link in your screenshot should resolve the issue.

Your experience is kind of surprising for me, because it's the opposite of my own. Could you tell me a bit about your list and how you use Taiga? Did you have the shows in question previously added to your list? Have you checked the Fall 2024 season from Seasons page before?
