The "manifest" file for a given release, e.g. /prog/res/komodo/bleeding-py38-rhel7/bleeding-py38-rhel7 or /prog/res/komodo/2023.03.04-py38-rhel7/2023.03.04-py38-rhel7 is a YAML file and could probably be labeled as such.
