The search function should works by comparing the entered number to the process numbers.
As for now the process number is visible in the URL address only.

It may be worth adding the process number to the process name/description
for example 2719 - Process feedback on 'Well Testing Solution' The process number may not be known to many users, I assume, as it's not obvious now

By showing the process number in the process name, may lead problem to sorting alphabetically.
And the user could either remove the process id or get confused why they cannot remove it.
I suggest to show the process number as 'read-only' in a separately field (not as part of process name) in the process card.
