Consider generation using ansible.content_builder

I started a PoC here: https://github.com/displague/content-builder-example. This is currently non-functional, blocked by displague/content-builder-example#1.

Potential cons (could be solutioned around):

• inventory would not know how to automatically paginate results
• API spec changes (endpoint and modules renames) would disrupt the Ansible interface at a faster pace than may be acceptable based on the current delta in Metal OAS3 specs
