None of the national estimates has been produced for three days. Is there a log somewhere that would flag this up and report the error?

Looks like you fixed this by updating the list definition? The logs I look at on the box and maybe documented here: https://github.com/epiforecasts/covid-rt-estimates-infra

For data issues they are often incomplete unfortunately.

It was fixed by #172 but would like to keep this open as an issue as the set up should be changed so that the data source doesn't need to be specified in two places.
