Plugin not loading modules

IntelliJ version: 2024.3 (Ultimate)
SAP Commerce developers toolset plugin version: 2024.3.2

There was a new extension that I needed to add. I included that in the localextensions.xml and did a CTA on File > Refresh SAP Commerce Project. Neither the new extension refreshed and shown under the project structure nor there was any error. After trying it a couple of times, I removed all modules and tried to reload.

The result, I lost all the modules and now nothing is loading. The plugin, even though lists the extensions to import, does not import anything. Its just a blank project.
