The attributes available in csv comment and properties must be cleaned up.

Decide whether they will be hierarchical or flat.
Remove obsolete stuff.
Full control using annotations.
Always prefixed with "csv2chart" ?

Remove the attributes from the command line options
(or provide one generic command line option for "name=value").
