CU mass-action page

Problem: CUs have to manually go through each request to review it, and this takes time, especially when it's not noticed that requests are from the same range.

Suggestion: Have a CU master page and radio button select an option on what to do with a mass submit at the end.

• all IPs calculated, grouped, and ordered by range
• UAs for all requests
• Standard username, email, request number, etc towards the end (Prioritize email if all won't fit)

Requirements:

• A neutral option for no action
• A dropdown select (no active linking) with all CU-relevant status options
