I run yarn && yarn test and some stuff passes but also getting errors

Questions:

  1. is this because I don't have access to some docker images?
  2. If (1), is there a reason they're not accessible
  3. is this SDK repo gonna be public? The bundled source is obviously public on NPM ... do we want people to be able to raise issues, PRs ?
