Hi, did anyone find out whether I can use mkfs.vfat on Linux to format the pen drive? Last time I tried, it didn't really work. Do you have any information about the difference on windows?

mkfs -t vfat -I -n 'tiptoi' /dev/sdb

Important:

  • Use the device directly, don't create a partition
  • Use the lowercase name as described
