tttool: decode additional scripts #226

The header references an additional script table. We do not understand the purpose of that table yet but we do understand the format: "The format is that of a play script " So I would like to tttool to decode that script table. If that already possible today I would like to know, how. If not, please consider this a feature request...

Currently tttool ignores that table; so taking this as a feature request :-)
