The version of LightTable I've just downloaded (0.6.2) doesn't seem to have a 'plugin manager' as specified in the readme, at least not that I can find in the menus or help docs.
Putting the files in the plugins folder seems to work (although I can't tell for sure, as I'm having an issue with FSI).
So maybe the readme just needs updating.

You can find the plugin menu in LightTable by: {Ctrl + Space} then type "plugin". Select "Plugins: Show plugin manager" from the list. The F# plugin will be under the "Available" plugins.
