Upon restarting app, Table needs to be displayed #4

If you kill and restart the app, the current table is not displayed on the main screen.

The app should read all its defaults from TinyDB, and display the selected table on the main screen upon boot.

Default table if no TinyDB entry yet should be "A".

Note: to test case with no TinyDB, uninstall the app. That will destroy the associated TinyDB.

It was solved without the default, if app is closed and then reopened the
table will be whatever was selected last. A default table will take some
more time.
