Frist, I guess this is a question / enhancement request, rather than an issue as such.
Is it possible to somehow limit the access to a subset of tickets for a group of users?
The use case is larger organisations with several customers where teams handle their group of customers. Teams should not have access to other teams' users/tickets.
I think this is better described with an image or two.

Hi @kler, at this moment we do no have such granularity for permissions. On other hand if you enterprise client of orocrm it is possible to have a work around for this with multiple organizations. Probably its not for 100% what are you looking for.
