Behat tests not passing with Moodle 3.4 #31

The tests were not passing.

Problems consist in
first the line with the comment # Needed table button… created problems,
and then when going on changing the code and sticking to multilang and table button a
Javascript code and/or AJAX requests are not ready after 10 seconds. There is a Javascript error or the code is extremely slow. (Exception)
error was thrown since the profile image drag-n-drop field kept the spinner spinning endlessly.

I'd like to emphasize on this. It is a shame Behat tests like for @mod_quiz do fail if you have the Atto multilanguage plugin enabled.
That's fixed by this code change.

Also, the atto buttons are now the standard ones, with multilang2 additionally.
