Missing Data in En/Enoch? What's going on with the data here?

I'm trying to build a .txt file with all the books. I wrote a little script to assemble.

My data seems to have blank words in 01-Swete_word_with_punctuations.csv for many of the references from 00-Swete_versification.csv for books "1 Enoch 33" through "1 Enoch 88". then 89 has much whitespace, and then a bunch of words that do belong in enoch. Then blank (no words) again for "1 Enoch 90" through "1 Enoch 96", and then words in "1 Enoch 97" again

when I view the 01-Swete_word_with_punctuations.csv, I see the missing word data:

1 Enoch 33's versification entry:

604585	1En.33:1

Corresponding words from 01-Swete_word_with_punctuations.csv, have no words, it's blank:

what's going on here? Just missing the data? Any backstory? Or am I putting it together wrong?
