Chef switched from highline to pastel which breaks knife-bastion.
See chef/chef#9359

I don't know if you or other users care that much about colorized, bold output. For my use case I just got rid of most colorization to get it working again (and not to be dependent on whatever Chef is doing with ui.color in the future.)

See master...pspdfkit-ops:rmoriz/automatic for my changes. This also includes an "auto-start" feature.

If you want, I can polish a PR. Just drop me a line.
