- send warning when trying to set mandator inactive
- disable the check-button that sets a contact inactive if they are not a mandator
- if the button is checked, the inactive mandator is not selectable in the drop-down-menu anymore

Schreib hier einfach rein btnMandatorIsInactive.setEnabled(btnIsExecutiveDoctor.getSelection()) dann kannst dir die else sparen - wird lesbarer!
