Your use case

What would you like to do?

Make text formatting box in RTE the default

Why would you like to do it?

It's confusing that you have to enable the rich text editor, then tap the + and then Text formatting to bring up the rich text editor.

How would you like to achieve it?

Remove option from the + menu and make it the default chat experience.
