Story

As an existing user that has just logged in into a new session
I want the room timeline to explain why (some of) my messages are missing
so that I know to verify the session, wait for keys to be downloaded or just realised that those keys don't exist anymore

Acceptance criteria

  • A timeline banner should be shown if the session is not verified

  • Another similar banner should be shown if the session is verified but key backup is disabled

  • If the session is verified and backup enabled then we should start showing encrypted items in the timeline but mark them as waiting to decrypt
