Documentation regarding get_fields() ?

Is there anywhere where developers can learn about the different possible options for get_fields() function?

I found no docs regarding sortable_list type of fields or their properties such as right_actions, depends_show_if etc

The documentation is notably lacking around new users creating custom modules... The tutorials provided by ET are helpful, but end up throwing you in the deep end when it comes to trying to do something more complicated.

Even looking at their official modules, it is hard to translate to a custom module that requires a react class in order to enable live updating.
