Issue running script on macOS 14.4

Problem Description

python path issue on macOS Sonoma 14.4
Other experiencing the issue here: #490

Steps To Reproduce

1. Using node 21.7.1 and python 3.12.2
2. running the provided command inside the plugins folder.
3. Script fails look for python path.

Looks like you're experiencing the well known node-sass issue. #621

I solved it on my end by using node version 14.4.0 using the nvm package: https://github.com/nvm-sh/nvm
