[Logs]: Consider adding topic about Logs Explorer fields to serverless

Currently the topic about Logs Explorer fields appears in the stateful docs, but not serverless.

If you decide to add this topic to serverless, you should add a Fields reference container topic like the one we have in stateful (assuming that the PR introducing IA changes has already been merged).
