With 9.0.0, the profiling data will be generated with a sampling frequency of 19Hz instead of 20Hz.

Knowing the sampling frequency allows the ES profiling plugin and Kibana to correctly calculate core seconds, CO2 emission and $ costs for different / mixed sampling frequencies. So far, a fixed frequency of 20Hz was required for statistical correctness.
