Is this possible please?

Paper level is displayed on the printer's webpage.

I'm working on v2 for the integration,
It will extract all data available in the api and allow faster onboarding of additional sensors,
Once it will be released i will get back to you to provide me your printers debug information which will allow me to add the additional sensors

Sure. Have just now updated.

The 'Download Diagnostics' option now appears, but unfortunately nothing happens when I click on it.
So I've tried right-clicking and selecting 'save link as', which looks like it's working by asking me where I want to save 'e69d0302a39d4517f871ebad6c7f0cd7.txt' to. But then the browser (Edge Chromium) prevents the download with this message>

Trying Opera browser gives the same message.

Neither can I see the file appear in my HomeAssistant/Custom Components config folder.

regarding the diagnostic file that don't work, i suggest to post it in HA fourm, not sure why it happens, this is not propitery functionality of the component, just a way to extract details from the intergation.

regarding your original request, is it related to #72?
is your printer has toner or ink cartidges?

if it's not a toner, I will need to have the diagnostic file to add it, as part of the sensor i'm about to add this weekend for laser printers following #72 FR

thanks

The diagnostics download error seems to be related to this> home-assistant/frontend#21078

As the poster here suggests, it's possible to download diagnostics from a device, rather than the whole integration.

I can confirm this works, but for some reason your integration has created 10 devices.
Which one/s do you need the diagnostic file for?

FYI, this is my printer. It has reservoirs which are refilled with ink from bottles. It does not use toner. Thanks

the issue you have shared is not relevant and it happened because it was not supported (added support),
please download latest version (2.0.3) and try downloading the diagsnotics file.

btw - you ink type is Ink cartidge based one the device name.

i hope that with the diagnostics file i will be able to identify the path to paper level,
i will need also the up to date value / screenshot from your printers web console to make sure i'm taking the right value.

thanks

Have just updated to 2.0.3, but still cannot download the diagnostics file from the integration page.
I can only download from the individual devices, but still have 10 separate devices listed (as above). Thanks

For the reasons stated above I cannot obtain the integration diagnostic file. Only the individual device diagnostic files.
