In your paper and tutorial I noticed that the landmarks in the same region share the same color
This picture for example, the two landmarks I pointed out share the color green, indicating that they are matched anchors between the two slices and could be used to align the two pictures.
I'm wondering how the model make this happen. How does it decide which two landmarks are matched(same color) and could be used as anchors? Could you please explain the theory and point out the code to implement this?
