Compatibility with 4.6

Many of these reports are not working in 4.6 -- at least not in 4.6.2 nor 4.6.4. There are no "column" or "filter" tabs at the top of the report. Instead, an empty region appears just above the "preview report" buttons. Running the report fills in some default, often not useful, filter values, with no way to adjust these filters. See screen shot below.
