Description

Now we don't have any recommendation for how do select package names for those languages that use structured packages names e.g. Java.

From TC 25 May meeting we decided to let the original contributor select the Java package name. In java this typically bases on the contributing organization’s domain name.

Motivation

Document the recommended way to select packages.

Exemplification

Benefits

By having a documented recommended way to select packages, maintainer it makes choosing packages names easier for the maintainers.

Possible Drawbacks

None that I can think of
