Unable to verify the International Vaccine certificate on COWIN Verification site https://verify.cowin.gov.in. Please let me know if the COWIN site has capability to scan the International Vaccine certificates.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behaviour:
When scanned the International Vaccine certificate on the https://verify.cowin.gov.in. URL, it should the message that "Certificate Invalid". Hence please let me know how to implement the International Vaccine certificates verification feature using your verify code.
