Marketing blocks do not stretch and fill page width when sp-position1 has no blocks

I have added 1 to 4 marketing blocks. (LTR mode / English) #sp-position2
And no blocks in the #sp-position1

The marketing blocks occupy the left side of the page and do not stretch to fill the entire width of the page, as it seems they should.

Seems like a bug, unless I am not doing something right. (Or missing some setting)

Dragging some blocks to the marketing section right blocks side (#sp-position1) seems to workaround this issue. But, it would be very useful that when no blocks are present on the right side, it would be hidden and the left side marketing blocks stretch to the entire width of the page.
