using edges napa version in windows 10 with docker desktop 4.34.2.
pull device-bacnet-ip with device profile
like in url https://www.yiqisoft.cn/blog/edgex-8/edgex-bacnet-53

device-bacnet-ip run on bridge network in docker and using bacnetscan.exe simulator in host machine。

environment
use bacnet tool with yabe and wireshark to simulator communication and catch network package is work ok.
but if using device-bacnet-ip run on bridge network in docker and using bacnetscan.exe simulator in host machine don't work.

the implements of device-bacnet-ip can not work on network bridge in docker. can not receive dup broadcast when listen on port 0XBAC0 and ip 0.0.0.0
