tradingview volume incorrect

volume indicator on trading view appears to ((long volume) - (short volume)) instead of (long volume) + (short volume)

Since the platform is spot trading only, I am confused by the terms "long volume" and "short volume" - do these refer to "buy volume" and "sell volume" respectively? If so, should be an easy enough fix
