Create a "Deploy All" Values File

Description

Currently, the default values files only deploy specific components and applications. As described in the documentation, it is either possible to use a specific subset (like the portal or data exchange subset) or use a custom subset with the --set flag of the helm command.

Nevertheless, no configuration is provided to deploy the full stack at once. Another subset could add this, like a values-deploy-all.yml file.
