jsx title tag should transpile to string #2478

const title = "foo";
<title>{title}</title>

currently compiles to

const title = "foo";
React.createElement(title, null, title);

but should rather compile to

const title = "foo";
React.createElement("title", null, title);

dbo changed the title ~~Lower-cased jsx tags should transpile to string~~ jsx title tag should transpile to string
