ReferredSemanticId field not editable for any reference

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
In the system I'm working, I want to set the referredSemanticId attribute of the submodel references in an AAS.
This attribute is currently not accessible.

Describe the solution you'd like
Ideally, the application would derive the referred semantic id itself in those cases, where it would be possible.
This would mainly be the submodel reference in an AAS.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Optionally, a simple edit field to the reference would allow the user, to set the referred semantic id themselves.
