[BUG] ECLASS dictionary import does not work

When trying to use: Import -> Import Submodel from Dictionary and then fetching online I receive the following error:


Additionally when trying to open local files, which where downloaded from eclass, i can open them, but afterwards nothing happens. Did I miss something? According to the video tutorials it should work.
