Describe the bug
Imported properties with value lists from iec-cdd exports are missing enumeration (value list) in Data Specification Content IEC61360. Properties with unit of measure are imported correctly.

Aasx Package Explorer v3 Version v2024-05-08

To Reproduce

  1. Download iec-cdd excel-files IEC - Common Data Dictionary (CDD)
  2. Place them in a folder AasxPackageExplorer\iec-cdd\export 2024-01-01
  3. Select an AAS in Package Explorer
  4. Import Submodel from Dictionary
  5. In CDD the property has a value list. IEC - Common Data Dictionary (CDD)
  6. In AAS the value list is missing as shown in the picture below.

Expected behavior
A property referencing a concept description that defines a value list is shown in Figure 17 Example Property with Enumeration in AASX Package Explorer in the documentation IDTA-01003-a-3-0_SpecificationAssetAdministrationShell_Part3a_DataSpecification_IEC61360 .
