Implementation of Experiments Summary Panel in Single Cell Expression Atlas

This package is not intended to be published to the NPM repository since it is tightly coupled to the back end

To see it in action use Webpack DevServer:

npx webpack serve --mode development --devtool source-map

Then point your browser at http://localhost:9000.
