I think the location of ParMETIS is changing to https://github.com/KarypisLab/ParMETIS . I am not able to install the versions from the URLs specified in the easyconfigs. I cannot even visit the website. homepage = 'http://glaros.dtc.umn.edu/gkhome/metis/parmetis/overview'

Just as a remark: the sources from the KarypisLab github aren't a drop-in replacement. Easiest short-term solution would be to cache the sources in sources.easybuild.io, but not sure if the license allows it.
