Link processing broken

Hello the link on '‘Security Manager XQuery library module' appears to be dead.

PS: "Dashboard’s User manager" also is dead.

It appears the documentation app should be doing extra processing of @xlink:href attributes, examining links like:

    xlink:href="{${fundocs.pkg.abbrev}}/view.html?uri=http://exist-db.org/xquery/securitymanager"
    >Security Manager XQuery library module</link>

... and transforming the ${fundocs.pkg.abbrev} reference into /exist/apps/fundocs, so that the resulting URL is:

https://exist-db.org/exist/apps/fundocs/view.html?uri=http://exist-db.org/xquery/securitymanager

(Also, I'm not sure if the outer set of curly braces in {${fundocs.pkg.abbrev}} is really needed?)
