Multiple subscribers or multiple datareaders

i want to subscriber many topics in a participant, can i do this for creating Multiple subscribers or multiple datareaders? I have saw some discussions about subscribe many topics with many data readers in a subscriber, but the question is, can i use multiple subscribers instead of using multiple datareaders, what is the difference, i am a freash man and any one can help me? thanks.
