Do you mean add the ability for the user to build up commands to create things similar to that of a how a user can build up commands when using the AWS CLI, correct?

More a command to create the configuration YAML.

so soemthign like dalmatian util create-service -i dxw-govpres -s new-service-name and then ask a set of questions. like enabel WAF or waht envs to create.

So that peopel dont just cut and paste.
