Animating closing tickets

There's an issue where, when tickets disappear after being closed on another device, one might accidentally close the next ticket (because it moves to the top as you are going to tap).

A stop-gap solution would be to put the close button on the expanded view, so at least the ticket will have been viewed before being accidentally closed.

Ultimately, it would be nice if tickets animated out when destroyed.
