Question: Playing on Android Phone

I can play these playlists fine on Tivimate Android TV and VLC for Windows but does anyone have any idea how to play it on a Android phone?

None of the iptv players I tried are able to play the channels, I also tried VLC on Android phone with no luck.

They download them fine.
