@dotnet/domestic-cat Recently, the arm64 tests have been consistently failing on the 9.0.2xx and main branches. I tried increasing the timeout, but it didn't seem to resolve the issue. I'm not sure what's causing the failures. Could you take a look?

We were talking about this recently. We don't yet know what the problem is, so marcpopMSFT is planning to make the macOS (arm64) leg optional so we can merge past it.

@Forgind @marcpopMSFT I don't have the permissions to merge such PRs. Could you help to merge them?

It looks like that leg is no longer marked as required, but the dotnet-sdk-public-ci leg is still required. I'm not sure if it failed in this case because macOS/arm64 had been required, and it hasn't updated, or whether it still depends on that leg passing, but I'd guess the former. If so, we might be able to just rerun it.

(I can't merge on red either.)

I only updated the required leg list in main. I'll see if I can apply that to 9.0.2xx as well.
