Projects created under solution folders should be created at the solution folder location #197

@kvenkatrajan This issue can also be applied to non-xproj solutions. The current add project or create new project impls don't create projects under physical folders matching the solution structure.

I believe this issue is external to this repo anyway. It should be moved, if indeed it is still a bug. I'm not sure it reproduces any more
