OS & Version: Windows 11
ML.NET Version: V4.0
.NET Version: 9.0.101

Describe the bug
the prediction is so much slower than ML V3

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

run the program in V3
run the same program in V4
the prediction speed is so much slower

Expected behavior
the prediction speed is no significant change than V3

dotnet-policy-service bot added the untriaged label
